Day Of:

• Come with a clean face — no makeup, moisturizer, or SPF.

• Eat something light before your appointment to avoid lightheadedness.

• Wear comfortable clothing and avoid tight headwear that may press on treated areas.

• The procedure takes 10–20 minutes.

• You’ll receive a few small injections in targeted areas — most clients describe it as a small pinch.

• Your provider will assess your muscle movement to ensure precise placement.

First 4 Hours:

• Remain upright (no lying down).

• Gently move the treated muscles by smiling or raising your eyebrows — this can help with product absorption.

• Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the area.

First 24 Hours:

• No strenuous exercise.

• Avoid alcohol, heat exposure (hot tubs, saunas), and direct sun.

• Skip makeup over the injection sites.

3–14 Days Post-Treatment:

• Full results develop gradually over 3–10 days.

• Schedule a follow-up if needed for adjustments or to assess results.

• Avoid other facial treatments (facials, chemical peels, lasers, exfoliation) for 1–2 weeks.
